Unless otherwise specified, orders are shipped within 7-14 business days of purchase.
When you select any form of priority shipping, please note that you are selecting a shipping timeframe post shipment not a "ship by" date. If you need your order expedited for any reason, please contact us at and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Once an item has been shipped, Courtyard LA is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. 
Courtyard LA is not responsible for any delays, returns, or other delivery decisions made by postal carriers, but we will do our best to help locate your package and facilitate redelivery when applicable.
Address changes and modifications
Courtyard LA is not responsible for changing or modifying addresses once a purchase has been made. Your package will be shipped to the address entered at checkout, so please be sure to check thoroughly before finalizing your purchase.
International packages typically ship out within 7-10 days of shipment. In some cases, international delivery may take up to 30 days.

Courtyard LA in house pieces may be returned for store credit within 10 days of packages arrival for US shipments - and must be postmarked within 1 week of packages arrival for all international shipments. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and otherwise in the condition which they were received with tags still attached.
At this time we are unable to offer order cancellations or refunds and ask that you thoroughly read all item descriptions, prices, size information, and policies before purchasing.
As soon as your piece is received and reviewed, someone will reach out ASAP to begin your credit process, and a $7 restocking fee will be taken out of your credit.
Courtyard LA reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if an item does not meet the above conditions, in which case the item will be returned at the customer's expense.
